At Ebullient Services (EBS), we value your learning experience and strive to provide high-quality training. However, since our Bootcamps and Masterclasses are live digital events with limited seats, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. No Refunds After Registration

  • All fees paid for Bootcamps, Masterclasses, or other training programs are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
  • This includes participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, technical issues, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Rescheduling / Transfer of Seat

  • If you are unable to attend the session you registered for, you may request:
    • Seat Transfer: Nominate another person to attend in your place (must inform us at least 24 hours before the session).
    • Rescheduling: Subject to availability, we may allow you to attend the same bootcamp in a future batch.

3. Program Cancellation by EBS

  • In rare cases, if EBS cancels or reschedules a program due to trainer unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
    • A full refund, OR
    • Credit towards a future program of equal value.

4. Technical Issues

  • EBS will ensure smooth delivery of online sessions. However, we are not responsible for technical problems (internet issues, device failures, software errors) on the participant’s side. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
